This work critiques individualistic tendencies in modern society. Five acrylic panels painted with parts of a coral form a complete specimen when assembled. The lifeless coral represents the lack of relationships and solidarity. Independent coral polyps coming together show how society flourishes when individuals rely on and support each other.
